General Contracting

At Maxwell we pride ourselves on how our diverse team thinks like Owners and delivers unmatched problem-solving capabilities. The Maxwell team is able to serve the Owner in many different aspects throughout the project. Our Project Managers and Estimators work diligently on schedules and budgets throughout the lifespan of the project. The Project Manager also works closely with our onsite Superintendent who makes sure day to day activities go as smoothly as possible. Miller Parrott Lofts
Terre Haute, IN

Historic Renovation of the former Miller Parrott Bakery into a 54 Unit Senior Housing Facility.

Friendship State Bank
Madison, IN 

New 5,169 SF Full-Service Banking Facility equipped with a three-lane Drive Thru and ATM

Skyline Chili 
Cleves, OH

Construction of the largest Skyline Chili in the Tri-State. Total site development included 110,000 CY of Engineered Fill.

Decatur County Modulars
Greensburg, IN

A 48 bed open-dorm detention and rehabilitation facility. Modular type construction methods built off site and delivered as 8 separate modules.

Lofts at Leesons
Elwood, IN

Rehabilitation of an old furniture company into senior housing. Also, constructed 7 duplex structures and 3 single family homes throughout the city.

St John The Baptist
Harrison, OH

New 800 seat church with 160 seat gathering space and adoration chapel. Church also is equipped with a kitchen facility and nursery.

Wood-Mizer Addition (Phase 2)
Batesville, IN

54,450 SF addition for production and warehouse space. Included full crane bays throughout entire space and steel fiber slab on grade.

St. Elizabeth Medical Office Building
Greendale, IN 

Construction of new 24,650 SF building made up of medical offices plus an urgent care facility.

Levi Coffin Interpretive Center
Fountain City, IN

Renovation of Levi Coffin’s home into a museum for the State of Indiana. The state served as the Architect. Project had a construction schedule of 14.5 months.
